Dr. Adam Schwebach is the director of Neuropsychology Center of Utah. He completed his master’s degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Kentucky University specializing in pediatric psychology and autism and a doctorate degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Utah specializing in neuropsychology. Dr. Schwebach is a part time School Psychologist with the Weber School District. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Utah State University in the Department of Psychology. Dr. Schwebach speaks internationally to parents and educators on topics including ADHD, executive functioning deficits, Autism, Dementia and effective behavioral management strategies and has co-authored several professional articles and book chapters on similar topics. Dr. Schwebach is the co-founder of www.courteducationonline.com an interactive website that provides diversion programs to adolescents on topics related to cell phone safety and sexting.

Nicole Wardell, Certified Social Worker
Nicole is a Certified Social Worker who recently joined the NPCU staff. Nicole graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University. She is currently working towards her full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Nicole has spent the last 7 years working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and other behavioral difficulties. During the last year she has worked with adults who struggle with substance use. She has a passion for helping individuals in all aspects of life. Nicole’s philosophy for treatment is hope based, strength driven and holistic in nature. As a client-centered therapist, she helps guide individuals to the change that they desire, but have not known how to achieve. She uses evidence-based approaches in her counseling that include a theoretical foundation in Strengths-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT). |

Michelle Davis, Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Michelle is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who recently joined the NPCU staff. Michelle graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor degree in Psychology and earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. She recently completed a mental health counseling internship in the Morgan School District and previously worked as a peer counselor for women and families. She is currently working towards her full licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Michelle has a passion for helping people with a variety of life difficulties and mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, and life adjustment problems. Michelle uses evidence-based approaches in her counseling that include a theoretical foundation in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed care, Mindfulness, and holistic approaches to treatment.
